This company is awesome there was a problem with the nesting door missing parts. They just asked for picture of the missing the problem area and they rushed the whole side panel to me. They was very helpful the product is very well build . Only complaint is it is smaller then I expected. Only because I love to put a lot of toys in for my bird thinking on selling this one and getting a larger size.
